S4SN Event #7

Join us for a very special Surf Day dedicated to our dear friend, S4SN volunteer watermen, and Ocean Safety Lifeguard for Hawaii County: Aunty Joy MIlls who past away in August of 2018. 

Aunty Joys spirit will live on strong through our Surf Day events as we carry on our shared mission- celebrating 'Ohana, Aloha and Ability. Getting our islands special needs individuals off of the beach and into the ocean to play in the waves.

This will be our 1st Annual Aunty Joy Mills Surf Day and we will uphold this event year after year in her memory. There will also be land activities, S4SN t-shirts for sale, raffle and silent auction, prizes for the participants, Dj Toni and special live entertainment. lunch is provided and of course lots of surfing!

Event #7 is co-hosted by Hawaii Lifeguard Surf Instructors  (Team HLSI) who have been operating their 'ohana owned Surf School here in Kona since 1998  and Anelakai Adventures another repuatable family owned and operated ocean activites 'ohana run business since 2011.

Canned Food Drive: Our S4SN events are 100% Free of charge but we kindly ask that our participants bring a canned food  donation with them to help us continue on the cycle of giving back. S4SN proudly supports The Hawaii Island Food Bask- Food Bank of Hawaii. At each of our events we ask our participants and family members to bring with them a non-perishable food item so that we can make a contribution on behalf of our entire S4SN 'ohana to help fight hunger right here on our island.

We invite you to bring your 'ohana to join us for a fun filled day at Kahalu'u Bay (north end beach) with S4SN and the many hearts and hands that come together to make these events possible and absolutely free of charge!
