Waiver Requirement Notice for Surf For Special Needs (S4SN) Events
To ensure the safety of all participants and volunteers, every individual attending a Surf For Special Needs (S4SN) event must have a signed liability waiver on file. This document must be completed by adult participants or the custodial parent or legal guardian of a minor participant before engaging in any activities.

All participants and volunteers are required to sign our updated liability release waiver before taking part in any S4SN events. This new waiver only needs to be signed once and will remain valid for all future events hosted by S4SN.
Please ensure your waiver is completed before your event day to avoid delays in participation.
